IBM 2GB PC2700 CL2.5 ECC DDR SDRAM RDIMM

This 2GB DDR SDRAM RDIMM PC2700 memory option enables synchronous DRAM to embrace much higher performance ratings and I/O bandwidth compared to previous memory architectures. This new PC 333 DDR evolutionary technology allows for the smooth transition and investment protection between the older architecture and the speed ranges and the ever enlarging capacities of the new DDR realm. This technology transition effectively doubles the memory transfer rate for the older PC 133MHz memory bus rate and yields an effective data transfer rate of up to 2666MB per second. This increased transfer speed coupled with the expanded 2GB capacity enables a new generation of higher performance, lower cost IBM eServer 325 systems that will offer expanded communications, database, online and networking solutions.
